Do you look in the mirror and immediately analyze what you don’t like? Or maybe you’ve given up looking in the mirror all together?

If you’ve ever hated your body or said “I feel fat,” then read on…

The ‘Body Love’ movement is great, but what I️ find is most women still don’t like their bodies in spite of its messaging, and now they just have more guilt and make-wrong because they are “supposed” to love their bodies and they don’t.

It’s time we talk about what women are really thinking when it comes to our bodies – like comparing ourselves to a mannequin [guilty].

>>>Check out this video to see the mannequin I was comparing myself to just this week<<<

Because the more women I speak with, the more self-hatred I hear.

And I totally get it. I used to be right there – hating my thighs, obsessing about my flat chest, assuming that everyone else was judging me as harshly as I was judging myself.

It was hell.

And it held me back from being more social, getting intimate and simply liking myself.

Not to mention the constant obsession and anxiety. I couldn’t stand my body and couldn’t stand being in my body. But I also couldn’t stop obsessing about it.

That’s when my mind would race to extremes – restricting food, taking drugs, using diet pills, over-exercising. I was desperate to look good enough on the outside so I could feel good enough on the inside.

But that outside-in approach never worked.  It only made me feel worse about myself and compare myself to others more.

I thought being thinner would solve all my problems. All it did was make me more insane, empty and alone.

That’s why I’m so incredibly passionate to help women get free from body shame and self judgement. Because I know how corrosive it is.

And now that my social life is no longer contingent on how I feel in my clothes that day, nor is my sense of worth and value tied to the scale, I want to help other women have the same.

Getting past the vicious cycle of body shaming and self judgement, gets us our life back. We get to experience the truth of who we really are – the us that is light, free and unencumbered.

And it’s in this new experience of our true selves that we can be comfortable just being us.

We can speak our truth without people pleasing, we have the confidence to shine our light, and ironically, excess weight comes off without us thinking about it.

So if you’re ready to get free from your body shame and self-judgement so you can feel lighter and have peace, then I want to share with you some resources that will help activate your path.

Because, sister, this year is almost over. And I want you to make 2018 your freest, funnest and most fulfilling year ever!

Bottom line is it’s time we stop trying to fill the empty hole inside with obsession, shaming and image management. It’s time we reintegrate the WHOLE of ourselves so that we can truly shine our light.

We women are here in this life together to heal the collective wounds that have been passed down through the ages and through our DNA. So just know that as you step into your freest, fullest most authentic self, you do that not just for yourself but on behalf of the collective.

So thank you, in advance, for taking this step for you; for the Truth. Because as you break the cycle of body bashing in yourself, you help to heal it for women worldwide and you prevent it from being passed on to future generations. <3
