Do you obsess about what to eat? “What can I have…what can’t I have…what should I have…what am I supposed to have…”

I can’t tell you how many smart, spiritually-minded high-achievers I talk to who do.

Like Tanya. As a smart, spiritual women who’d spent an entire career in the health and wellness field, Tanya was full of nutrition knowledge when we met.

“I know what I’m supposed to eat!”

And yet, in spite of everything she knew, she still struggled with her relationship with food.

Even when she was trying to be “good,” another part of her would cry, “I want what I want!” and she’d end up binging or beating herself up any.

Can you relate?

If you can, then I want to share with you a distinction that helped Tanya get on her path of freedom and a video that can help you get on your path of freedom too.

What helped Tanya was understanding what freedom from food is and isn’t.

Freedom from food ISN’T eating what you’re “supposed” to eat and being “good.”

Freedom from food is not really thinking about food at all.

It’s when the obsession has been removed and instead you feel intuitively guided with food and you have peace of mind.

This is important because as long as you equate freedom to eating what you’re “supposed” to eat, you’ll always be stuck in a paradigm of right/wrong, good/bad, black/white.

That’s not freedom. That’s obsession in disguise.

So if you’re serious about actually stopping the obsession so you can have more freedom and peace of mind around food, then watch this video: 3 Keys To Be Free From Food Obsession And Addiction for some tools to activate your path of freedom right away.
