I created this site for women who want to get real about their relationship with food and get free from food addiction so they can be more present, have more energy, feel more confident and help more people.
I’m not gonna lie. This site isn’t for everyone. And I’m not talking to everyone.
I’m talking to you if you’re a successful, friendly, intelligent, positive, “looks-like-I-got-my-shit-together” kind of woman who has done tons of inner work, has tried practically every diet and exercise plan, has read practically every self help book, has been to retreats, has hired experts or is an expert and has nutrition information coming out of your ears and yet you still can’t break the binge cycle.
I’m talking to you if your life doesn’t look all that bad on the outside but you’re frustrated and anxious because you know you’re being called to play a bigger game, help more people and be a role model, but you feel like a fraud and so you are holding back.
I’m talking to you if your head is filled with constant food thoughts and you’re obsessed with what you’re going to eat, what you just ate, what you should eat, etc. and you’re exhausted from trying to figure it all out.
I’m talking to you if you sometimes feel like you’re getting things under control, you have a good patch of eating clean and “doing good” with your food and exercise and then a day and time comes and you “reward” yourself for your good behavior with the very food you were trying to not eat. Or you just get a case of the “F-it’s” and you end up bingeing again.
I’m talking to you if you’ve tried everything else, and it didn’t have lasting effect.
I’m talking to you if know, in your heart, that you have a problem.
If that’s you, then I believe I have some medicine for you.
Because that was me.
And after 2 decades of dealing with the vicious binge/restrict/obsess cycle, I got free.
