Just this week, a smart, spiritual trauma counselor reached out to me because in spite of all the freedom she thought she had around her food addiction and love addiction, she was back in her sabotage cycle with both again.

“I feel like I’m just never going to get this. Is it always going to be this hard!”

I hear this from women all the time. Women who’ve done enough inner work to know that freedom is possible, but who feel deep down that it’s just not possible for them.
