For me it used to be all of the above plus that supreme irritation of things not going as planned.

In fact, I’d go into an internal rage when things didn’t go my way.

I knew it was irrational, but I couldn’t help it. My body would get tense, and my mind would start silently spewing scathing judgements at whatever poor soul was messing things up for me.

On the outside, you wouldn’t be able to tell. I was good at hiding what was really going on. But inside, I’d be an anxious, frustrated mess.
