You know that feeling of overwhelm when there are too many thoughts swirling around in your head and all it does is make you paralyzed with anxiety?

I’m no stranger to that feeling either.

It’s awful, because even as you sit there in your swirling paralysis, the pressure of what you need to do just amplifies, along with your own frustration at yourself for not doing something, so you wind up getting even more agitated, angry and anxious.

If you can relate, then I want to share my tried and true strategy for eliminating anxiety and overwhelm so you can feel calmer and be more relaxed throughout your day.

You can watch it in this video or you can read below.

How To Eliminate Anxiety And Overwhelm Strategy:

1. Recognize you’re in the “Paralysis by Analysis” Mode.

You’ll recognize being in the pattern by that anxious, irritated, panicky feeling, where it feels like you’re imploding, even if externally you appear to be fine.

Or  you can recognize that you’re in the “Paralysis by Analysis” Mode by noticing you’re engaging in one of your distraction patterns, like eating when you’re not hungry or obsessing about something or getting lost on social media or incessantly checking your phone.

2. Stop taking it personally.

Once you recognize you are in this mode, stop taking it personally and making it mean something negative about you. It’s so easy to get into an anxious, overwhelmed state and then to interpret this state as meaning that you are inadequate or that there is something wrong with you.

From that place it’s easy to think you’ll always have to deal with this. But this pattern is an actual phenomenon that occurs in practically everyone. I’ve personally spoken to hundreds of high achievers who relate to feeling this way.

So instead of resigning yourself to being the one person who is just different, wrong or beyond repair, realize you’re not alone and you don’t have to identify yourself with it.

3. Come back to Truth.

Coming back to Truth means coming back to the experience that you’re ok, you’re being perfectly provided for right now and everything you need is actually already being taken care of on your behalf by Source.

The challenge with coming back to Truth is that because we’re so conditioned by our fears, expectations and “shoulds,” that even if philosophically we believe that we’re being provided for, we can still get caught up feeling overwhelmed, thinking that everything needs to happen now and we’re responsible for all of it.

This is why it doesn’t work when you tell yourself to “let it go’ or “just relax.”

In order to truly come back to Truth you need to embody truth.

Embodying truth means that you experience Truth in your body. Your physiology relaxes, your mind clears and you have a sense of ease inside.

When you can embody Truth, anxiety and overwhelm fall away, and you get to feel safe and ok just being you.

This is the true meaning of freedom. The freedom to just be ok being you.

There’s nothing more important. That’s everything.

That’s why I created Freedom Embodied LIVE in the first place.

Because I wanted to come together, in person, with a select group of women who are ready to activate their next level of freedom, so they can embody their authentic light and shine it even brighter.

To me, there is nothing more sacred than to bear witness as a women steps into the fullness of who she is.

If that inspires you to, then please join me and let’s activate our next level of freedom together. <3
