Which of these stresses you out the most:

  1. Not wanting to disappoint or let others down
  2. Feeling like you have to do or figure everything out on your own
  3. Fearing that you’re going to mess up
  4. Feeling like whatever you do it isn’t enough

I remember when I was “E,” all of the above.

(To get my simple technique for calming stress right away, watch this short video.)

Ironically it was when I was also a fitness expert, running a health club and looking like I had it together.

From the outside, I was positive, friendly and always smiling. But inside, I was a pressure cooker of self-judgement and shame.

I constantly felt like I was letting everyone down.

I was convinced others were judging me because they knew I was a total fraud.

And I felt this constant tension in my gut because no matter what I did, it never felt like enough.

Do you relate?

If you do, I want to share with you a 5 min clip from a recent talk I gave to a couple hundred incredible women in Vegas on how to de-stress.

You can watch the video by clicking here.

In it, I share one of my favorite embodiment practices for getting out of stress anytime, anywhere.

If you have a tendency to “future trip,” feel anxious or get overwhelmed by everything on your plate, then this quick tip can help you feel calmer and more centered in just a few seconds.

Try it out and let me know how it works for you.

In dedication of ALL of you, (even the parts of you you reject, judge, resent or hate) ️️
