A recent article from the BBC noted that most people report that they are busier than ever.

But as the research shows, although we feel overburdened with work, family commitments and everything else, the truth is that we are statistically no busier in this modern era than a few decades ago.

So what’s going on then?

Why do we feel like we don’t have time to cook a healthy meal, return a phone call, take time for ourselves or sometimes even pee?
